Coach Leeper has been selected by her peers to represent Needwood Middle School as Teacher of the Year!  Coach Leeper is a dedicated professional who engages students in healthy activities to promote wise lifestyle choices.  She models her desire for fitness and encourages students to move through engaging challenges. 

Coach Leeper exudes enthusiasm in her daily delivery of instruction, and only exceeds this level of drive when her teams  are in action!  Leeper's Lady Warriors are a dominant force in volleyball, basketball, and track.  Her girls know that talent alone will not meet her high expectations.  Coach Leeper demands a high level of sportsmanship among her players and her passion for their pursuit of excellence is observable in the spirit shown on the court and track. 

The commitment to her profession is shown through the countless hours she gives of herself to create dynamic teams.  She spends hours in practice and encourages responsibility in her students through fundraisers that involve them with the community. Additionally, she models respect and cooperation through her interactions with administration and her peers.
